The annual “Bring a Kid to the Race Day” at the Martinsville Speedway, sponsored each year by the Henry County Baptist Association, is set for Saturday, April 9.

This year's schedule for the Kroger 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race begins at 1 p.m. Gates open at 9 a.m. and the program, which will include a Christian testimony by a yet-to-be-selected NASCAR personality, begins at 10 a.m.

Ticket cost is $12 per person.

Registration forms will be sent to churches toward the end of February, according to the associational office. Additional information is available by calling (276) 638-2951.
