The School of Christian Ministry at Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond will host a live seminar called “Live into the Vision—Every Member a Minister” on May 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This seminar is for anyone who is interested in building up the body of Christ through gift-based ministry. Participants will discover what gift-based ministry is, how to begin the process of incorporating gift-based ministry, and how to get the congregation involved. This is also an opportunity to network with other churches that are exploring or beginning to implement a gift-based ministry.

Eugenia Freiburger, national presenter for Church Volunteer Central and minister for service and lay leadership at Mount Vernon Baptist Church in Glen Allen, will lead the seminar.

Registration is $60, which includes lunch and planning resources.

Scholarships are available to cover 50 percent of registration fees. For more information or to register, call 1-888-339-2877 (toll free) or email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
