VBMB to sponsor building conference Print E-mail

A church building conference is being offered by the Virginia Baptist Mission Board on Feb. 24 at the Virginia Baptist Resource Center.

The conference will focus on issues such as the importance of master planning, needs assessment and growth projections, site selection, selecting and negotiating with a contractor, budget priorities and case histories.

Topics will be presented by architects, church leaders, fundraisers and specialists in church development.

This conference is designed for pastors, building committee members, church treasurers and other key leaders.

Registration for the conference, which begins at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at 12:30 p.m., is $50 per church.
