"Why aren't you married yet?" "When are you going to settle down?" "Why can't a pretty girl (or handsome guy) like you find a husband (or wife)?" Societal and church changes in attitudes about single adults are helping congregations begin to see the need for ministry to them.

"Singles" are not monolithic but fall across every age range and life spectrum. They are never married divorced, separated and widowed. And they come in all ages, from very young adults just out of high school to senior adults who have lost a spouse after 50 years together.
